faulty air conditioning stale cereal
the spa facilities were quite good..
the air conditioning did not work properly. it seemed to be centrally controlled, reverting to an uncomfortably warm temperature after adjustments. also, our key cards stopped working daily, requiring frequent trips to reception to reset them. the breakfast selection was also disappointing, with stale cereal and unrefrigerated milk..

The hotel has a good-sized swimming pool with a sauna and steam room. The staff was helpful and professional. The bathrooms are modern and super clean.
The hotel charged a large amount as a deposit, and it took a while to get my money back.

The receptionists are amazing, and the dining room staff provides the best service. Storing luggage was a bit confusing. The early morning breakfast timing was varying, yet the staff handled everything well.

helpful staff great breakfast anticipated needs good variety
The staff was really amazing. They were ever so helpful. NOTHING was too much to ask. They even anticipated a lot of what we may need before we asked. This was so helpful when traveling. Breakfast was nice, with a good variety.
The hotel fee IS high, but they don't provide even the bare minimum, like slippers.

uncomfortable temperature key card problem
the breakfast provided an acceptable start to the day with a decent variety of options.
The air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, regularly reverting to an uncomfortably warm setting. key cards failed daily, requiring repeated trips to reception for resets. the 'spa' was disappointing. The rooms hardly reached sauna temperature.

helpful staff great location
i found the staff helpful. i had a dental issue. the front desk helped me get it taken care of fast. the spa and pool were wonderful after long walks. the location is quite near transportation and restaurants.
the hotel charged me the cost for the stay plus the deposit. this was not stated when i booked. i would have not booked if i knew about a deposit.

the hotel was close to many restaurants and supermarkets (even pharmacies!). the subway station was also accessible. the sauna and swimming pool allowed for a relaxing rest after a day exploring. i was happy to use these amenities.
the air conditioning was centrally controlled. it was set to an uncomfortable temperature at times. the key cards stopped working daily, so i had to get them reset. the breakfast selection was not that excellent (the cereal seemed a bit stale).

i loved the breakfast it was beautiful fresh and well maintained the spa is clean and simple i also got robes and real flip flops in my room i felt so relaxed
